Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Spectrum Shot (“the game”), a game developed by Tamas Bereczki (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading or playing the game, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play Spectrum Shot for your own non-commercial entertainment on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the game, except where permitted by law.
• Modify, cheat, or interfere with the game, its scoring, or its advertising.
• Use the game for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable rules.

3. Advertising

The free version of the game is supported by third-party advertising (Google AdMob), including occasional full-screen ads and an optional rewarded ad to continue a run. Your interaction with ads, and any consent choices, are described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Purchases

The game offers an optional one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase to remove ads. All purchases are made through Apple and are subject to Apple’s terms. Pricing is shown in the App Store before you buy. Because the purchase is non-consumable, you can restore it on your devices via Settings → Restore Purchases in the game. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its policies.

5. Virtual items

In-game scores, records, and any unlocked features have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and may change as the game is updated.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or goodwill, arising from your use of the game.

8. Changes to the game and these Terms

We may update, change, or discontinue the game or any of its features at any time. We may also update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
