Battery Inventory is designed with privacy in mind.

Your battery inventory is stored locally on your device. We do not require an account, do not collect analytics, do not track your activity, and do not sell your personal information.

Information We Collect

Battery Inventory does not collect or transmit your battery inventory or personal information to our servers.

All information you create within the app—including batteries, tools, chargers, jobs, notes, and photos—is stored locally on your device.

Permissions

Camera

Battery Inventory may request access to your camera to:

• Scan QR code labels.
• Take optional photos of batteries, tools, or chargers.

Photos remain on your device and are never uploaded to us.

NFC

Battery Inventory may use NFC to read compatible NFC tags that you choose to pair with your batteries for quick identification.

NFC tag data is processed entirely on your device and is never transmitted to us.

Notifications

With your permission, Battery Inventory can send local notifications when a battery is expected to finish charging.

Notifications are generated locally on your device and are never sent through our servers.

Purchases and Subscriptions

Battery Inventory offers an optional Battery Inventory Pro subscription.

All purchases are securely processed by Apple through the App Store using StoreKit.

We do not receive or store your payment information.

Apple may provide us with information indicating whether your subscription is active so that Pro features can be unlocked.

Data Storage

Your battery inventory is stored only on your device using Apple’s local storage technologies.

We do not operate cloud servers for Battery Inventory, and your inventory is never transmitted to us.

If you delete the app, any locally stored data may also be removed unless it has been included in an iCloud or device backup.

Analytics and Tracking

Battery Inventory does not include:

• Analytics services
• Advertising SDKs
• Tracking technologies
• Third-party marketing tools
• User profiling

We do not track how you use the app.

Third-Party Services

Battery Inventory relies only on Apple services required for app functionality, including:

• App Store
• StoreKit
• User Notifications
• Core NFC
• AVFoundation (Camera)

No third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services are integrated into the app.

Children’s Privacy

Battery Inventory is not directed toward children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

When we do, the effective date at the top of this page will be updated.
