Daily Reflections

About Moments
Moments is a calm, private micro-journal for iPhone. It asks two small questions — what you’re doing, and how you’re feeling — then steps out of the way. There’s no streak to defend and no feed to scroll; just a gentle, semi-random invitation to pause and notice.
Over a week, the answers gather into a soft picture of your rhythms: which activities tend to lift you, how mornings differ from evenings, and where your energy settles. The insights are always observational and written in plain language — never clinical, never prescriptive.
Everything lives on your device. There are no accounts, no servers, and no analytics or advertising SDKs of any kind. Where you choose to enable it, your moments sync only through your own private iCloud.
